Mileage caters to the growing HR needs of the customer and focuses on the Recruitment needs of clients both within India as well as abroad. We have a validated database of more than 500 Programmers, Analysts, Module / Project Leaders, Functional Consultants and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consultants working across diverse vertical segments. Mileage provides consultants, on a permanent basis, for project work at client location. It undertakes the clients staffing of projects by first working with the company to fully understand the profile of the candidate they need, in terms of years of experience, hardware and software proficiency, nature of assignment etc. As soon as the candidate profile is frozen, it looks for matches from the current database of validated consultants. Resumes of candidates are presented to the company between 24 and 48 hours of getting their needs.
Our Technical Resource Managers screen and qualify candidates before presenting them to the companies. However, we recognize that the client is in the best position to decide whom they should bring on board. We arrange for the company to have a telephonic or a face-to-face interview with the candidates.
Methodology:
Mileage Consulting follows a carefully planned selection process. This process begins with understanding the clients' needs and goes all the way to follow-ups with clients and candidates, post- recruitment.
